SLEEP (PART 3ii)

Contd.
LOSS OF SENSES: when we sleep we tend to lose our sense especially those that need external impulse i.e. basically our five senses. Our eyes are closed so definitely we can't see anything. So when we are sleeping our loss of our senses usually happens in stages, in stage one which is the prior stage and the light form of sleep our senses to some extent are still active most especially our sense of touch, because when we are trying to fall asleep or feeling sleepy the easiest way to get us out of that action is by touching us, or by other means that uses same principle of touch. So that loss of sense is among the main condition for the first process of the first indirect impulse mentioned. so when we are sleeping that’s in the second-third-fourth stage of sleeping our sense dwindle, and even actions that happens to us then are not even stored by the brains but we can see later the physical effect on our body by those force if any exist, such as lines caused by the beds, or injury that we may have gotten by any means during the sleep.
During the stage 2, the sleep stage we only feel only about very adverse actions on the body, but at stage 3-4 which by then we are already engaged in very deep sleep we can only feel those impulse that come repeatedly and continuously in direct contact with the body and these impulses can take about some time before they can receive any feedback from the body and it is very much dependent on the person state and also when this stage was activated, so that when we try to wake a person that’s in deep sleep, it is better to perform continuously repeated small actions rather than a single instant big action.
When or before we sleep we should try not to set up events that may or will require our sense for its functioning or continuity because it might lead to a positive or negative end {but usually a negative end}. It is said that when a house is on fire and you are asleep in that house, it will be difficult or impossible to smell or feel the fire in that house until its caught up to you. That’s why alarms are meant to ring continuously and also have a snooze time not so that we will sleep longer but so that the small impulse generated by the alarm will accumulate to finally ignite our senses. But to wake up faster we can set in the alarm ringtone a song that we don’t like, or sound that’s not very pleasing to the ear.
CLOSING OF EYES LIDS: do you believe that it is possible to sleep with your eyes open, yes. It is very much possible. Firstly due to the instability and weakness of our body. The muscles of our eyes tend to loss power causing them naturally to close which implies that somehow keeping our eyes open is very much a voluntarily process. Secondly since our sense have dwindled and our body doesn’t send impulse to our conscious state. So that any image that filters into our eyes will or will not be processed and the information will not be saved in the body, and also the rate or the amount of sleep required by an individual is measured also by the amount of time that individuals eyes lids needs to be closed. So that the proposition from the first article can be observed and followed. So that somehow we can infer that there are persons that tend to sleep with their eyes open {but they are very few} and also that closing of the eyelid can be said to be an indirect consequences of sleeping.
This basic condition of sleeping are very important to know, so that we can know when these things are a symptom to some dis-order in the body as a result of the work or stress we encounter, and this will enable us to provide accurate solution to such problems if the need be. And also to be able to help others have insight about the conditions of sleep and how to maximize its positive benefits on the body, and also we should try to use sleep in a very positive way so that its effects on the body will always be positive.
So we should remember to share these post to all our contacts and also to tune in again for further up-coming articles.
Sleep now and let your guardian angel watch over you.
