SLEEP (PART 2)

SLEEP
No matter how much sleeping feels to you or no matter how much you hate sleeping, you should know that it is a very important operation that goes on in the body and that it should not be neglected.
Sleep was defined by Wikipedia as; Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles, and reduced interactions with surroundings.
But there are some activities that goes on in the body when we sleep that we will try to look out for. They are basically divided into two which can be stated to be:
A. Direct impulse.
B. Indirect impulse (NARUTORAPHEAL, 2016).
This term does not imply that the action is carried out directly by the body or on the body indirectly, it implies that one action is adaptable to the sleep and can be controlled but the other cannot be controlled by the body. When we talk of control we mean that the direct impulse is a direct consequence of sleeping, while the indirect impulse is as a result of sleeping in an indirect way.
Some examples of direct impulse include dreams, sleep walking etc. While examples of indirect impulse include: the very instability of the human body when we are sleeping. We can see that the first example that is the direct impulse per say is an internal system activities and cannot directly be controlled, so it is a direct sleeping impulse but not all of them can be applied at once to a person in sleep. And it can also be said as a side effect of sleep.
The indirect impulse usually occur when we tend to sleep or use sleep in the wrong way.
DIRECT IMPULSE.
We will talk about some characteristic of this kind of impulse, they include:
1) Dreams.
2) Sleep walk.
3) Snoring.
4) Read-write (internal system applications).

DREAMS
When we talk of dreams we talk of the various activities that goes on in our head during sleep time. Basically when we sleep, our brains tries to relax and somehow we tend to not be processing any information, that is no information is been processed in the visual realm of our being. Which means that everything that happens to us in our dreams goes on in the sub-consciousness of our being.
When we sleep; there are about four stages in which sleep exist ranging from stage one to stage four and maybe a fourth prime in some cases, each of these stages has a min-max time that it needs to occur and elapse, and somehow the stages does not come one after the other but in some twisted dynamic process, this is usually affected by the way we sleep, or the circumstances surrounding our sleep. Dreaming usually occurs around the third-fourth stage which is usually deep sleep, it is in this stage that the read-write process of the body usually occurs.
When we have had a really bad day {not really} or when we have pressing issues going on in our mind that just keep going on repeatedly in our head, and continuously during the day, in the night when we sleep, during the read write process our brains tend to keep going on through those activities or memories in our sub-conscious and makes our body react to it virtually, and sometimes perform some external real impulse on the body, the image may be repeated, disturbing, exact, distorted, scary and might be affected by some other thoughts that might also be going on through our head.
But the main point is that we usually dream about activities that are related to us and also about realities, what we know, what we are thinking of or what we might be able to know (very rare cases). So dreaming takes place inside of our system and it is not an activity that can be easily controlled by the body. When you start controlling your dreams and messing around with them, then it is no longer a dream because the activity is now been simulated in your consciousness which means that you are aware and have responsibility over such simulations. One of the very easy way to control this(dreaming) is by having a very cool time before sleep (not necessarily a cool day), by leaving all of the days thought for tomorrow, and not to trouble our brain a lot about the worries of the day. And we should know that no matter how much we might remember our dreams it was still an action that was simulated in the sub-conscious and we would and cannot be held responsible for any of such simulations or thoughts or maybe its external effect that it might have led to during the course of our sleep.

SLEEP WALKING.
Sleep walking is a very uncommon traits that is found in the sleeping concept, but it is kind of a defect that is found in some persons, it is a traits that somehow is “ties” related and can be passed down in a family relationship.
Sleep walking can be said to be when someone in a state of deep sleep tend to move or perform some coordinated activities that he would normally do when he/she is awake. The activity is usually one which the individuals usually do or carry out during the day, this usually takes place in deep sleep which is usually about the third-fourth stage, it is a very high form of dreaming because this activities also goes on due to the activity that goes on in the sub-conscious of the persons, but the effect are so strong that they overtake the will of the person and tend to make his body move through Those impulse that are being relayed in the sub-conscious. But sleep waking is more common than we think because we can notice that people sleep tend to say or speak complete reasonable sentences in their sleep, and some other very obvious form of this is a sleeping person putting off the lights, going to use the small room, or just moving around, that is, they usually do activities that they do all the time. And most especially this also goes on (sleepwalking) at the same time that the original activities are usually being carried out. This activities is very complex because our sub-conscious triggers our senses in a very low profile mode and make them to not be very responsive, but in this our body tend to respond to those little impulse sent by the sub-conscious, and the feedback mechanism between the senses and the body is not complete because the persons might usually not remember anything that must have happen or even feel any pain that he might usually have felt.
The time for this varies among individuals and the level of its influence also varies. The mild form of this (sleeping walking) can usually be woken up by a light jiggle but the more deep ones might need a little bit more to get them to their feet. And this activities should be terminated in the mildest way as possible so as not to put the brain of the person in shock or something like that, and also that it should be stopped as soon as possible when noticed so that the persons involved might not get he/herself into trouble or cause harm to others.

SNORING.
Snoring is a very common accident of sleep, and it usually occurs because of obstruction that is present in our nasal cavity when we sleep, and also that when we sleep due to increase metabolism of the body we will need to breath faster and deeper so that the obstruction to the airstream usually lead to a very irritating noise been heard when a person is sleeping. The shape of the nostril or the contents of the nasal cavity also affects this activity greatly, some other external factor that influences this activities are extreme tiredness, wrong position when sleeping, size of the person, age of the person. Some of this factor cause the body to increase the mass flow rate of the air entering the body and this will greatly increase the noise produce by this, while others might create more obstacles to the flow of air and will lead to the same consequence of the action.
Snoring is the last sound that you will want to hear or listen to in the night. A very good but not so effective way of making some one snap out of it is by giving the person a jiggle to make some adjustment to the person sleeping system at that moment, it works sometimes. Another cause of this can be due to a bad dream, this cause the person to inhibit adrenaline and this can lead to some high level of this activity.

READ-WRITE PROCESS
The read write process just involved the activity (system activity) that goes on in our body while we sleep, because during this time our brain tend to collect temporal data file, organize it and store the one that seems important "that’s why inspiration or a million dollar ideas usually comes to us when we are sleeping" (e.g. joseph, Samuel, etc.) so we should tend to check the min time required for our body to do this (read write) and try not to disturb it during this process.
Another thing to take note of, is that we tend to sweat more when we are sleeping, due to increase metabolism and other of such related concept and programs, even if the sleep last for about 15min. (now you know why you sweat more in the class). And also if we have had a good night sleep all the constituents of our stomach from the previous night must have been worked on by the body, always living us empty and hungry in the morning but stronger. So we should try not to miss dinner by all cost because it will make us very effective the following day, even if by chance we tend to miss breakfast. We should know that hunger is not the same thing with tiredness, we might be hungry and strong or vice-versa. So that we should know that when we are hungry, sleep should not be the next thing that should pop up in our mind.
So tune in again to get the third part of this topic.
Sleep well and let your guardian watch over you.
